What's new?

8/4/2009: Just about everything. The long-promised page redesigns have generally been completed with new graphics and complete rewrites, and I'll soon get to work on the Southern Wake pages that I haven't begun yet and have been sitting in the to-do pile for ten years now.


7/14/2007: A new four-mile section of 540 is now open, connecting NC 55 to I-40 south of RTP.  But why isn't it signed as an Interstate, like the rest of the freeway?  Find out here.


8/14/2006: Fayetteville Street has been re-opened to vehicles for the first time in thirty years, and Wake County Roads celebrates the newest road in Raleigh, which also happens to be one of the oldest.
